Reply with quote | #16 | KC, thanks. About AZ, when I saw the post about MB's performance and the fact that the race is moving to the spring thought definitely crossed my mind. However, I have unfinished business with Ironman.
MB, I don't know Paul but we probably were near each other as I wandered around the finish area euphoric and giddy. He must be very happy with his result. |

I figured DY had the best time- thanks for clarification Carl. Great Job- as you proved it is possible to break 3- but you usually need to dedicate yourself to running at the sacrifice of usual IM rides. The FIRST program is a sort of compromise http://www.marathon-training-program.com/three-day as you can still cross train. |

Reply with quote | #19 | CC - just heard the news of your sub 3 hour Chicago Marathon. Congratulations. I was going to send you an email but didn't have your current email address. That's a great accomplishment and I know you've worked very hard for it. I think you're dialed in for next year !! (IM LP).
MB - congrats on AmerZ. I've heard it's a really tough race. Maybe next year for me? |
